All in stock items will be shipped overnight via Federal Express according to the following schedule:

Domestic: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday

International: Monday, Tuesday, and Friday

All antibodies and antigens are shipped in styrofoam shippers with gel ice packs. Diagnostic kits are shipped with gel ice packs to international destinations.

Shipments needing Dry Ice are subject to an additional charge of $15.

We are happy to use your Fedex account for your shipments. Please call us at sales@medicobio.com and/or +82-2-70-8615-5557 to provide us your account number, or clearly indicate this on your Purchase Order.

We exclusively ship with Federal Express. If Federal Express is not the courier of choice in your area, you may arrange your own courier service for delivery. All courier fees, duties and taxes, and insurance are the responsibility of the customer's. We will coordinate pick up times when your order has been completed for shipment. Once these products leave our facility, MEDICO is no longer liable or responsible for any lost, damaged, or unsigned for goods handled by outside couriers.
